The 4 million video stake camera is an integrated device used in the on road parking system to detect the presence of vehicles in parking spaces and recognize license plate photography. It can independently complete license plate recognition. The video stake camera has a built-in high brightness fill light, which can provide sufficient fill light at night. It also has a built-in speaker, which can prompt users to pay after the vehicle stops. It has a built-in parking status indicator light, supporting 7 colors including red, green, and yellow, and can customize the display color of different parking space statuses. Additionally, it supports hand in hand dual port networking to reduce construction difficulty.

1.2.1. 4 million high-definition imaging effects
The video pile camera movement is equipped with the industry’s advanced 4 million star level imaging solution, supporting video and image output with a maximum resolution of 2560 * 1440. In an environment with the same imaging effect, the clarity of a video pile camera is improved by more than 80% compared to a regular 2 million camera. The intelligent deep learning anti-counterfeiting ISP (Image Signal Processing) algorithm developed by New Brain Technology can not only meet the full scene recognition needs of customer license plate recognition, but also provide more vehicle details, which helps to improve the recognition rate of the algorithm.

Typical license plate recognition rate of 99.9%: supports the recognition of various license plates such as ordinary blue license plates, new energy license plates, single and double yellow license plates (including mud headed vehicles), single and double military/police license plates, embassy and consulate, Hong Kong and Macao entry and exit mainland license plates, emergency license plates, etc. The mainstream license plate recognition rate in typical scenarios is as high as 99.9%.
Deep learning anti-counterfeiting and filtering fake license plates: By using self-developed deep convolutional neural network algorithms and learning from massive data of tens of millions, global and local features in images can be effectively extracted, accurately identifying the authenticity of license plates.
Large angle recognition: Supports recognition of license plates and cameras at a maximum angle of 45 degrees, making the camera more adaptable to the environment.

2.4 Interface Description

2.4.1 Power interface
The power input interface is marked with GND and 12V on the rear terminal of the device. The detailed explanation is as follows:

The internal power input of the device has reverse polarity protection, overvoltage protection, and surge protection.

2.4.2 Integrated interface
The rear terminal of the device is the integrated interface, as detailed below:
The RS485 interface is a non isolated differential half duplex interface, supporting a maximum baud rate of 115200.
The output is a passive relay switch output, with a contact voltage capacity of 24VDC/120VAC; Power capacity
The quantity is 30W.
The default input is the switch input, which is triggered by a short circuit to ground. The level input can be selected through the jumper cap.

2.4.3 Ethernet interface
The slot at the back of the device is marked as ETHERNET, which is the camera Ethernet interface used to transmit camera control commands, capture image results, and video streams. The default factory IP address for the camera is 192.168.0.10. Users can browse images and configure camera parameters through a web browser.
2.4.4 TF card interface
The slot at the back of the device labeled as TF CARD is a Micro SD card interface that supports SDHC standard TF cards. Supports a maximum expandable card capacity of 64GByte.

2.4.5. Reset key
The reset key is indicated as RST in the rear slot of the device. Press and hold the reset button by hand, briefly press for 2 seconds, and the device will be restored to the default IP address, username, and password. If long press for more than 10 seconds, the device will be fully restored to its factory settings. Press the reset button, the device will not restart.

2.4.6 Parking space status indicator light
Display the current parking status, supporting 7 colors including red, green, and yellow, and can customize the display colors for different parking status.
